HCEM attaches great importance to talent cultivation and introduction, continuously strengthens the construction and training of R&D teams, and improves the professional quality and technical level of R&D personnel. At the same time, we are also actively establishes cooperative relationships with well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and research institutions, jointly carries out research and development projects and technical exchanges, and continuously expands the company's technical vision and research ideas.

We have 20 engineers, from the structural design, appearance design and mold development all are done by our own R&D team.
