Why Choose the HC0030C1 Oilless Vacuum Pump
The HC0030C1 is a twin-cylinder, 100% oil-free piston vacuum pump driven by a brushless DC motor. It offers two working modes: a high-flow mode of ≥25 L/min at -85 kPa and a high-vacuum mode of ≥12 L/min at -92 kPa, with a maximum vacuum of -92 kPa.
Power at rated pressure is ≤30 W, noise is ≤40 dB(A), and the whole pump weighs just 0.5 kg in a 97.6 × 53.7 × 84 mm body. Adjustable speed gives fine control of flow and vacuum, and the low temperature rise keeps performance stable in long runs, with a reference continuous-duty life of 8,000–12,000 hours.

In high-flow mode (25 L/min @ -85 kPa) the HC0030C1 suits pick-and-place and labeling, desktop CNC vacuum tables, vacuum forming and film lamination, printing paper feed and sheet holding, rough pumping of larger chambers and small vacuum filling assist.
In high-vacuum mode (12 L/min @ -92 kPa) it serves portable suction and aspirators, medical and beauty negative-pressure devices, dental wax-up and plaster vacuum, lab filtration and desiccators, desktop vacuum sealing, and gas sampling or instrument vacuum. Inlet and outlet are Ø7.3 mm; the U/V/W motor leads are 260 ± 20 mm.
